Loan Qualifications:

NO qualifications needed. Everyone qualifies for transactional funding if both closings are happening same day.

Must meet the lender’s full qualifying guidelines and underwriting.

1% of amount funded. This includes purchase price, closing costs and other related fees. We have a minimum fee of $750 for smaller transactions. (NO added fees EVER)

5-8.5% interest rates along with lender fees, inspections, appraisals, insurance, origination fees and rate locks

Transactional Funding is a short term loan provided to wholesalers who purchase and quickly re-sell a property the same day. This is often called a “Double Closing”. The seller of the property is typically called “Party A”. The wholesaler is typically called “Party B”. The end buyer of the property is typically called “Party C”. Transactional Funding deals are also sometimes called “A-B – B-C” Transactions.

We can fund in as little as 2 hours assuming we have all necessary documents.
